more boost for a start lol! realistically some porting , decent inlet cam and a t38 should see mid 400's bhp wise

If it's a 4x4 uprated transmission is the next thing you'll want

That is like asking how long is a piece of string! It all depends on how much power you are after and how much you can spend . As others have said ,cylinder head up to group A specification, BD 12 or 14 inlet cam, maybe T38 turbo with billet compressor wheel, Siemens 83lb injectors , L8 ecu , custom chip and wasted spark ignition to name just some of the modifications you can make.
The higher the specc you want bear in mind other parts will also need upgrading.
Best of luck.

It's 2wd and has rebuilt gearbox and new Titan diff .

Was thinking next turbo up maybe and around 380-420 bhp .
Don't want a lag monster or to much boost

unless you want to change turbo i'd stick with what you have; just go for a set of siemens 55lbs or greys, new chip & more boost. 25psi is not getting the best out the turbo, you can safely run 32/33psi boost spike. (some people run more)
It would liven it up alot and make it alot more enjoyable

My 2wd Sapphire has got a CR turbos built T38 with a billet compressor wheel and it has virtually NO lag . Something doesnt sound right with your set-up if its really laggy and not on full boost till 4700rpm. I was pleasantly suprised with how fast mine spools up as I was told they can be laggy.

clearly iv got problems then lol did you change your chip when you changed your turbo .... I still have the t34 chip witch now im wondering if that's coursing problems some how....but surely it measures the boost and adjusts the injector timing to suit???

No it don't.

Your lucky you have not melted your engine yet

You need a chip to suit, it pumps load more air than a T34.

Do not drive it hard, YOU WILL KILL YOUR ENGINE

Agree with you. I am amazed that some owners still dont realise that you cant just wack on a different turbo etc without doing all the other modifications that will be needed at the same time. Its a wonder he hasnt melted a piston!
