dumped blown 205 out and put a 200 in. it's turning over but no firing up.. think i've got all timing marks set right, dizzy looks fine, all leads correct..(although from my 2wd) how d'ya go about looking for poss probs.. oh and never tested engine out before buying.. am i peeing in the breeze..

 

it will be the timing for sure if its not spot on it wont fire up

 

Check for spark and fuel first of all. If you have both it could be a timing issue.
