Default MK1 FRS gearbox conversion on silvertop

Currently carrying out this conversion on my mk2 xr2. Fitted new clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder today and got the starter motor fitted.
Offered up the two piece shaft from the mk1 FRS and the bracket for the shaft bearing must bolt onto the sump of the blacktop, I'm using a silvertop block so there isn't anywhere to mount it on my sump.
Has anyone else done this conversion on a silvertop so I can see how they have dealt with this?
It looks like I'll have to fabricate a bracket that mounts to the block to sort it out.

Use mk2 mondeo 2 piece shaft the bearing bolts to the rear of the block. Done dozens of them.
