Rear backing plates
Does anyone know if you can buy the backing plates for rear drum brakes on a mk3 escort?
If so where?

Idealy brand new mate or decent second hand its just i was gona get mine blasted but think they will fall apart

I would try and get some for a s2 as iirc they are the biggest, so should stop better with s2 drums and shoes etc.

Well ive got all new shoes,springs,etc for mine so just need the backing plates

I bought some backing plates but were no use as i fitted focus 3000 mm rear disc disks

They're some big brakes, what rims you run over those, lol!
I think I got my last set from a local motor factors, that was 10 years or so ago though!
