I've just bought a cheap 2004 ka and the blowers only blow out hot air?

what is the likely issue please?

 

could be a few things but the main problems they give are the heater control valve on the bulkhead or the heater panel in the car

 

thanks. How do i get to the heater control valve please? What needs removing?

 

Wipers off, scuttle panel off, it's behind that lot.

If it is the heater valve, replace with gen Ford, the pattern ones might be 1/3rd of price but they are generally crap, sister had one fitted in her Sport Ka and it still blows hot air out on occasions!
