Gearbox Oil?

Been told the stuff Ford recomend for gearboxes is no good so what Oil do you lot suggest?

Lets hear you opinions lads!

I have tried everything (practically), even up to stuff that costs £15 per litre and now I stick to Valvoline Durablend Synthetic Gear Oil. It is around £8 per litre and is great.

I would recommend Silkolene Syn 5 75w-90 or Motul 300 75w-90.
