Just in the process of buying a frst and wondered what I would need for about 220-230bhp from the 1.6 lump

I'm guessing
Chip
Injectors
Turbo
Intercooler
Head work
Cam

But not sure what spec of each item is needed and what else is needed?

Yeah your about there but if I was you I would go down the zvh route that's what I've done in mine

 

How much it cost you overall?

 

Didn't cost me a great deal but I have a friend who is the top engineer at arrow or arp so he got them to build and make my engine for free, but you could buy an engine already done for a few hundred I would say mine was over 200 bhp with a standard zvh standard head and standard bottom end t3 injectors a chip and bigger intercooler
