Default Xr2i ZT- Reshell into a Mk3 fiesta 1.8 td

Hi peeps basically after leaving my baby sttod for over a two years I went about a mini restoration project to bring her back, the plan was to replace:

Slam panel
Scuttle panel
Rear quarter
Sills
St170 brake set up on front
Rear disc conversion

......the list grew longer and longer and I found more and more rust so I picked up a 1.8 TD mk3 1 owner 48k 2 door also in radiant red, clean in and out on a N plate, before I stripped it I made sure everything was still running etc, after a bit of playing around I managed to get it going; the engine was currently running on a base map, so a mapping session will be the final hurdle if I get there!

I have totally stripped everything I think I will need to convert the TD the primary list is as follows:

2.0 zetec turbo Engine
Current Engine spec: Beige injectors, T3 turbo, decomp plate, completely rebuilt bottom end stock, port and polished head, fiesta turbo plenum, airtec cooled - not the largest of specs but will be improved vastly during build.
Emerald m3d
Full engine loom
Driveshafts
Gearbox
Fuel tank
Fuel lines, return & feed inc fuel filter
Cooler/radiator
Hubs
Struts
Axles
Full exhaust etc etc

My questions are: is there anything on the TD I can leave?
I've not yet picked it up so haven't had a good look over it.

Pics coming!

Update! picked up the 1.8td today seems like no one has used a diesel based model to convert before so I'll put together a guide if its really that much more different than a petrol based conversion.
Anyway apart from a bit of surface rust on an few corners of arch there are no other visible defects, just got it home and I doubt I'll be doing anything on it until the weekend, but the TD came with a Toad alarm 2 keys a was of history which probably isn't relevant. Clean interior black carpets, black dash, the seat and door card trim isn't ideal but will do until I figure out a plan, other than that has unwrlded sills in good condition, doesn't have the heated front screen or electric windows and obv doesn't have front fog light options.

Xr2i ZT strip down.

shafts are thicker but dont fit xr2i hubs,
Different hubs
no anti roll bar
no brake bias system on rear axle
much smaller rear drums
solid discs at front

just so you know the new shell is a mk3.5 ... hubs and cv joints will be different from a mk3 in all variants. what age was the 2i?
