hi all, my 2007 1.6 tdci when starts first time every time but while cold in 2nd gear can get to 2500 revs and it will just lose all power and cut out or if i get into 3rd at 3200 revs it does the same. when it cuts out it starts up first time every time and will drive great again if dont hit the revs as stated. when the cars warm it drives like a dream no problems. it has dpf filter removed and remapped and has had a new turbo. problem is it doesnt show any error codes from 2 seperate garages i took it to.

any ideas? help would be appreciated

 

Lots of posts claim the accelerator pedal could be the problem, it is electronic and has a built in sensor the circuit board gets corroded and causes a short, maybe that? you can get them on ebay quite cheap, easy to swap out. I've got a spare one coz I tried it but didn't solve my problem, might solve yours?

 

Coukd be a number off things, sons live data would really help I had z similar problem other week on a car and it was blocked fuel filter.
