Default XR3i MFi to XR2 Engine

im fed up of the xr3i engine being slow, but cant afford insurance on a rs turbo, as im only 18, but i want a bit more power so i have a spare xr2 engine which i will do a few mods to, what would be needed to swap it over, would i need a xr2 loom? any other bits?

Thanks

John

not sure tbh, i always see things for the EFi version, like cams etc, but never none for the MFi hence i got the spare xr2 engine and was gonna do a few little mods on that for some extra power
