Default amal valve jet sizes for msd 380bhp chip

hi,
what size of jets in amal valve for msd 380bhp+ chip,55lb siemen injectors?
have managed to spike 32psi but tails down to about 25 psi,
hoping for held pressure to be closer to 30 psi,

just had turbo rebuilt and new actuator -31 with 1/2 hole preload, was way more preload before, but hoped to jet amal valve to suit properly this time,

have pressure tested intake to 32 psi and found no leaks other than amal valve lid sealed that up,

You will struggle to hold that much on a T34 as the engine uses all the air the baby compressor can pump, so the boost naturally tails off at high rpm.

I would use one full hole of pre load

Not normally, some do need a -34 to reach 32lb peak, but not many usually the .48 which has more exhaust pressure

That's why my.48 has one then. spent a lot of time messing with jets think mine peaks at 32 ish and tails off to 26 afr still in the low 11's plenty quick enough with all that torque.

Just had my t34.63 off to CR Turbos, who replaced quite a few parts, and put on a -34 actuator, was their recommendation.

Mines on a -31, so was my saff, both were doing over 35lb peak, not many need the -34, and tbh the strong spring can bend the gate arm when they get very hot which is why I always try to use the -31 where possible.

It's dependant on the car really, they need setting up as required.

I would start with a std jet in "c" and no jet at all in "r" to allow full bleed.

You must monitor afr and for det though.

Instead of drilling the jets and trying to find the right size I have removed the jets and put an adjustable flow control thingy in line on the C and R ports. I found some small metal flow control thingys for fish tanks.
In this way its very easy to adjust it when on a test drive, until you have found the right setting. Just make sure that they can't move once set.

1 hole of pre load on actuator and 2mm jet in port c,
spikes 32 psi then drops to about 28 then eventually tails off,

with 2.5mm jet in c port it spiked 25 psi,

Just set your pre load and increase the Port R untill you desired boost is reached.
