I need a picture of an MK2 wheel hub and spindle I'm trying to do some research to see if your spindles are the same as ours across the pond.

Thank you very much sir confirmed that the fronts are the exact same you wouldn't have the same for the back would you?

 

Never mind got it on that page looks like we have a mix of the wagon and 4/5door cars. rear disc with a similar knuckle.

 

wagon rear end is different than 4/5dr

We had rear discs on some models, 2.0 litre and V6s.

 

actually they do look identical would you by chance know if the rear shock/strut slides into the knuckle by chance?

 

On the normal 4/5dr the shock and spring are combined & slides into the rear knuckle and it has a 'saddle' bracket that sits on the rear subframe on a pad.

The wagon has a seperate spring and shock.

Ours are like the 4/5 door exactly but they have rear drum here ours have disc. The wagon looks identical now that I think about it the hub nut was just throwing me off I forgot about the cover that goes over it our brakes look identical as well. Just need to know how the top of the knuckle is supported.

quick reason as to why I'm looking into this. Over here there are only two brake upgrade kits. Baer which is just a SVT Cobra brake rotor and caliper (great I have them ish) 13in rotor 2 spot caliper and then Willwoods same rotor but 4 spot caliper. Looking Hispec has 6 piston 14in kit. but they have bad standings among this forum and I know there have to be more kits out there...
