Shouldn't take much to get that bhp out of it, decent valve springs, suitable turbo inlet and management, gearbox and clutch may be the limiting factors.
Cheers Jon will bell u about that,
Studabear- gunna chuck it together on ofab for the minute the bang an ofam ecu in, I have a stage 2 t3 .63 and 360 degree bearings on at the mo, do u think this will be ok?,
Mark do u have a number or fb account u can pm me you seem a top kniledgable bloke
Only because I wasted time with trial and error with mine lol
I ended up have a zetec inlet modded for top feed injectors due too room, but I need bonnet spacers, I did this route as it was easier, you could use the inlet you have with a spacer plate (but it won't be perfect) so a modded HO or SO Inlet would be better
And with the tps plug changed too suit it works fine with the ofab too

The turbo doesn't make sense mate, a Stage 2 T3 has a .36 turbine housing and a 50 trim compressor with a 360 degree thrust bearing.... if you have a .63 turbine housing then it's probably a T34 or was it a typo? lol
But either way for 280bhp you will need at least a Stage 3 T3 (.48/55) or a T34 variant.... if you do have a Stage 2 T3 then it's good for about 230-240bhp on a ZT.
