Focus rs mk1 zenons

Hi does anyone know if I can put the Zenons from a st170 straight in to my mm1 RS or do I need some sort of lead

wiring needs to be changed,not just plug and play

There are people advertising leads on eBay that say its plug and play is that right

You can buy the convertor leads and then they become plug and play but typically they are charging around £50 for these.
