i got a set of escort cosworth disks calipers and pads that was fitted to my 2.0 zetec fiesta using the washer and long bolt trick (fiesta now being scraped)

so im just puting up a post to see if thease can be transferd to a s2 escort

sierra or escort 4X4 cosworth calipers will fit with 2wd sierra cosworth

 

so i need to get some 2wd cosworth disks and the escos calipers will bolt str8 on ?

 

yeah mate on standard rims too but it will be tight but they will go on. got them on mine nice set up i think you need couple of 1mm washers

 

shame i cant use me escort ones there fooking cross drilled and grooved

how much are 2wd cos disks then ?

 

cheapest ive seen are black diamond cross drilled and grooved from jondel motorsport (08007313934) for £130 and a set of 4wd pads are £50 but you get a £6 discount if you buy both together and its free p+p. I just got black diamond discs from jamsport in northampton but cost more expensive because i went for the ebc red stuff pads which were nearly £80. 4X4 cosworth pads are well expensive the only downside to having the set up dont know why they are expensive they look the same as any other pads

 

my mate does break conversions for s2s and they are awsome. ive got some on mine and they stop on a penny forget cozzy at front just do the rears. he does 300mm discs and you use your original s2 calipers but he supplies you with a set of stainless high tensile brackets,washers and bolts and they took me 20 mins to change over

so you get 2 300mm discs, brackets, washers and bolts for £130 all in and like i said they are awsome
