Got this a couple of days ago, really pleased with it. Is a uk fq mr model and pretty standard at the moment apart from an exhaust and remap running 360hp. Who is best for looking after these in Essex area? thanks Jamie

Awesome cars, only car l regret selling, l had the same as you MR FQ 320 with some work done by MADevelopments putting out 383bhp great fun
Enjoy
Mike
Hi Mike, i spoke to you over on the csl forum, are you pleased with your csl? A csl was my first choice but commanding such high prices now for a nice one, i looked at a couple but wasnt happy with the condition of them in my price range so opted for an evo instead, other than the servicing intervals everything else seems great about the car for a weekend toy and hopefully occasional track day

It's pretty well sorted be fair, would like to get it to 400 and then just enjoy it. Have seen a few carbon bits I would like to add and maybe a new stereo system as the standard speakers and head unit are next to useless.

Be a nice figure to get to, nice carbon vortex on the back would look nice, and you already have a splitter
good starting point with the MR mate shouldnt need to many mods to get close to 400bhp id take the so called 400/400 with a pinch tho everyone says they have it but very few do. You have the 10.5" turbo housing and the MR cams stick a better fuel pump in, Forge actuator and 3 port boost solenoid and full 3" exhaust see you very close if get a good map mate. Be on edge of standard injectors and con rods then
Hiya mate looks a clean car I'm in Essex but always take a trip to rg Motorsport in sittingbourne Kent its not that far, rich really knows his stuff and is as honest as they come been using him for years on my 340 mr. http://www.rgmotorsport.co.uk/ servicing costs are very reasonable.

That will be perfect I think and should be plenty quick enough for me then.

Cheers buddy I will take a look on his site now, what have you had done to yours since you owned it?
Lovely car mate, really like this shape. I spotted you posted on MLR about tints, personally I would go for a medium tint rather than blacked out, less drug dealer.

Hi mate, i think you are right here, a more subtle tint would be better than the totally black ones currently on there. Will be another job on my to do list i think
How do you rate how these drive mate? Thinking of getting one myself.
Well ive only had the car a few days so not driven it a huge amount, but on the way home it had a good 5+ hour run and felt really good on the road, held the road well a firm ride but not too harsh and in the rain felt very stable. Picks up well and the brakes seem pretty good for standard too so overall im pretty pleased.
You need to throw it hard into a rounabout and give it some beans as you turn so you get the car into a nice 4wd slide. You'll be surprised how much of a twat you can be and get away with it because of the gadgets and AYC when in a 4x4 cossie youd of crashed

wont get much drifting with AYC its there to stop it need to good old RS LSD for that
I don't think the ayc gets you out jail that easy at all I find mine a right handful coming off of roundabouts they're alot more tail happy than impreza's.
I was very surprised the first time i drove my old impreza hard, couldnt belive how sideways it used to get. Before i brought one i always thought they just gripped and gripped but it was not the case at all with that
