I'm looking at getting rid of my series 2 RS turbo in the near future to get something I can use more often without worrying about it getting wet lol.

I want to get a newer ford (would love a mk2 Focusr RS but havent got £20k lol) so dwindles down to either a mk1 FRS or a focus st 225?

what do you guys think?

 

its been covered a few times, both options have many plus points, maybe have a look at a couple of each?

 

I'd have a 225 just based on my preference I've not drove either

 

go for the rs mate the st is nice but the rs will piss all over the st and the rs will hold its value where the st wont

 

I'd have the RS love mine, don't see all that many around and sure to hold it's value.

 

RS all day long! But you really should try to keep your S2 also....you'll regret it when its gone.

 

As above, covered plenty of times and was in the same boat between MK1 FRS and MK2 ST. Opted for the ST but that was because the ST fulfilled MY criteria better than the RS did. At the end of the day, what do YOU want from your new car?
