De-wiper MK6 fiesta zetec s?

Can anyone tell me how I remove the rear wiper on my mk6 fiesta zetec s?

Aint it just a case of unbolting it all (motor included) and buying the correct sized gromit from somewhere like Halfords to cover the hole?

Ford might do a grommet for non wiper model, vans etc. Or get the hole welded and filled...
