I'm not quite sure what you want to change but I've seen these on the internet before and haven't really heard any bad reviews about them http://www.lockwoodinternational.co....ails-i498.html

 

Go to euro car parts and find the correct bulb. I think it's only a couple of screws holding the dash in ( at least the part your trying to mod ) then search for that code of bulb in whatever colour you like. Couple of hours work in it.

 

Or get some LEDs and solder them to the back of the clusters
