Default Are COSY and ANTI ecu's interchangable

As per the title anyone know if you can put a COSY ecu into a car that has an ANTI ecu? Are they interchangable? Might have an issue with my ANTI ecu but don't want to spend money on a COSY one if it won't work.

Thanks.

John.

Not sure if it's me, but I haven't got the faintest idea what an ANTI ecu is....
Maybe that's why no one has replied, can you explain?

The small turbo cossie ecu's have a 4 letter code, the ones i know of are CARD, COSY and ANTI, i believe they're just software updates but i don't want to spend 200 quid on a COSY coded ECU if it won't work with my car

Hi Jamie,

You've definitely swapped different ones, they've had the different codes on the ecu sticker?

Just double checking before i spend the cash

I think the later ecu's on the small turbo's are coded to the key?

I was told the pats(passive anti theft system) is a separate system and not in the ecu.
