I don't think that's wire rung mate,
that's to use with them cooper O rings,
very old school

 

Mine runs cooper rings, spot on

This block must have been on a big powered car.

 

It was only a stage 1!!

well mate how's things? Ya the engine is put together as of yesterday...just waiting on a new breather kit. Engine should be in and starting this weekend. Prepping it for MOT next week so just sorting out suspension and few more bits. Can't wait to have her fired up!!! All good with u?

just you never hear many folk using them now,
