What grade oil to use in gearbox?

As above what grade oil should be used in a standard lsd gearbox?

I'm going to put some millers nano drive 75/90 fully synthetic in mine. Supposed to be very good

I asked at my local motor factors and they recommended this:

It's 80w90 specifically for LSD's. That's what I have in mine.
