ID the imobiliser key

only got the one key, so before i rip it out of the car, would like to try and get a replacement!

Anyone know who makes it? tried google images, but nothing like it?

Sure its the same as std fit on Escort Cos. Sure they were made by Wipac...

As said wipac as fitted to esc cosworths, wipac also sold them to as a general fit for all cars

right been doing some searching under the dash, found the box,

shurlok seems to be the make, but there is a ford logo on one of the multi plugs.

so getting closer to the info i need to get a spare key

seems like I may need the original red key or something like that.

so looking at immobilized costs new, might aswell unwire this one and fit a new one in its place.
