but can some provide a comparison pic of the zetec bumper with the standard bumper on mk3 mondy 2001-2005

i want to change my standard bumper but wondered if the zetec would be a direct fit

Just Google it. I think you're confusing Zetec with Zetec-S. 'S' bumpers still go for strong money, and be wary of buying one without spotlights, they can cost as much as the bumper on top.
