Replacement front wing for mk1 frs

Default Replacement front wing for mk1 frs

Anyone except ford making these yet as I put my car into have some stone chips fixed and they found corrosion on the inside of the wings the part that moutnts to the bumper. There not rotting or anything but would like to replace only I'm not willing to pay ford £1100 pound plus painting. If anyone know if anyone is making patern parts for these yet.

there was fibreglass wings im sure on ebay a while ago but unsure of quality and fitment./panel gaps
get yours fixed mate.cost alot less than replacing as even second hand gen wings go for stupid money.

Yeh mate fair one its about time someone started making patern panels for this car.

I got a genuine driverside wing for sale mate no rust at all £280 plus postage

That could only happen if Ford released the dies for the wings and panels, which they won't.

And even if they did, there wouldn't be enough demand for anyone to press them for a price less than Ford do them for at the moment

Thanks mate body shop is tidying it up just now will look at repair or replace come winter time when I can strip it down again. The only place it has rust is on the fixings where it bolts to the bumper.
Does anyone know if I could cut that section out and replace that part from a standard wing.

No probs mate im not sure if the standard focus wings mount the same as the RS im sure someone on here will be able to tell u though
