Default Lost Ford keys, now what ?

Long story short ........
My 2012 Ford Fiesta S keys have been lost whilst at the dealers

If new keys supplied (by the dealers) are programmed to fit and work will my old "lost" keys still work if then found, or do the become redundant ?
Obviously I want to know purely incase someone has ideas for my car

If they reprogrammed the whole car they won't work with the immobiliser, but if they just programmed the new key to the car, the old ones will still work.

They should remove all old keys from the system so they should not disengage the immobiliser, however they will probabaly still work in the door locks, which I would want changing too!

Ok cheers
Good point, they "could" still get into it as the old key still fits the old locks
I assume the old keys wouldn't bypass its alarm tho if the lock is manually operated?

I'd want another car from them at their cost until they turn up

don't know about fords, but i do know that merc's programming removes the old keys from the system and only programs the "new" keys to the vehicle

i'd want the locks changed as well as even if they did unprogram the old keys out, theres nothing to stop a scallywag from finding them with your reg tag on them and pushing your motor away while you are sleeping
