Default Mk4 fiesta brakes

Upgrading my brakes and was thinking along the st170 route, has any1 done this conversion, do I need extras to modify the conversion or is it a straight forward bolt on, otherwise any1 know of a better option

The only mod needed is the hub holes need drilling out to iirc 10mm and you need bigger wheels
To make the conversion cheaper you can use mondeo mk3 caiplers instead of the focus st170 one.

Also as the Porsche 911 use 299mm rear disks, has anyone fitted the Porsche calipers on a fiesta before with mondeo v6 discs

ST170 discs, MK3 Mondeo calipers and drill your hubs out to 12mm, cheap and effective upgrade. Min 15" wheels required (don't quote me on this, but by shaving the caliper I believe they can be squeezed under 14" wheels!)

Fitting four pots like the Porsche calipers is probably possible but would need quite a bit of fab work, prob not worth it tbh.

It's just for the novelty really, plus gud enough to cope with the power, I'm going for 15 x 8s so the st setup should be fine

Fiesta ST brakes bolt straight on, and you get a better pad choice than with the 300's. My old Fiesta has them, with Mintex pads and they're bloody good.

Is it all the fiesta st's or just the base 150s as the 200/500 have bigger specs brakes

All of them are the same, the ST500's only difference was they were painted red iirc. And there's no such thing as a Fiesta ST200?
