Default wet floorwells - front both sides

hi guys

mondeo 1.8 zetec - 105k

both floorwells are wet in the front - rubber seals in all 4 windows not great. the rear ones are worse but the front ones are starting to curlaway from the window - could this be how water is getting into the car, through the door into the wells?

Could there be any other way in?

Any pointers are very much appreciated

is there any drain holes in the top of the bulk head? ifso it could be blocked with dead leaves. it happened to my father inlaws vectra, there must of been about a gallon of water held at the top of the bulkhead because of dead leave in the drain holes.

Check your water level it sounds like your heater matrix behind lower dash has split

.

Mine used to do this, ended up being water getting past the rubber at the top of the dorrs running around the frame and building up at the bottom of the door, when the car was part left side to the curb the right side got wet and vise versa, ended up cutting a small slot out of the door rubbers on the sill so the water would run out instead of in, never been wet since.
