Mine used to do this, ended up being water getting past the rubber at the top of the dorrs running around the frame and building up at the bottom of the door, when the car was part left side to the curb the right side got wet and vise versa, ended up cutting a small slot out of the door rubbers on the sill so the water would run out instead of in, never been wet since.
