bought it as a garage queen but unsure if i will go ahead with it now need a bigger car so Focus may go in the garage.

good bits:
Radiant red (i think)
1988 F
90 spec trim
Flocked dash with boost gauge
88k (on clocks)
engine strong no rattles, drives well
MOT till may 2013
recent repaint, very good job IMO
clean underneath
recent turbo from turbo dynamics (with reciept)
full exhaust
recent brakes (look new)
no rusty arches, strong battery tray, fusebox, no rust around sunroof
delocked
cobra alarm

Bad bits:
No tax (sorn'd in garage)
rear spoiler paint has some cracks (recently painted.....failure)
no radio
temp gauge needs rewiring

i drove the car back from where i bought it, (with only 1 hiccup on the way) and it has lived in the garage ever since. it has some limited history, receipts old tax discs etc (will get more info tomorrow) but it isnt FSH. will make a really nice car for someone that has the time.

i also have some other bits (at extra cost) that i bought but havent had time to fit, momo steering wheel, smoked tailights, samco hose.

What was the hiccup on the way home and is all well now?

 

Yes, oil drain pipe split on way home, common problem. Repaired now.
Will get some more when I get access to my garage, moved recently so car is behind boxes.
