Default Cosworth question

Ok so im guessing im not the first person to ask this but i fancy upping the power on my 3dr Cosworth to around 400bhp with anti lag. Its a standard engine so im guessing i need

Injectors (color?)
RS500 intercooler
Group A fuel pump
Turbo (recomedations)
Set up

Is there anything else as im a bit clueless, what kind of price am i looking at for all the parts and set up? £2k?

Anyone happen to know how big are the Siemens 55lb and 83lb injectors measured in cc? The 55lb seems to be next step after Bosch Greys...

A decent HG, if you have not already!

The fuel pump should be ok I think, but you need to check the wiring or rewire it!

Why not go for 380 HP, this is achievable with a T34?

Mine runs just over 400 with a T34... On 55's.. You will need a 044 fuel pump for sure and re wire it to be safe.

All so HD wants doing.

just upped my spec from 400hp, i was running
L8 ecu
t34.63
siemens 55s
500 cooler
044 fuel pump
ABO7 inlet cam
free flow s/s exhaust
k&n cone filter
would go with a t38 over the t34 400hp on a t34 is really working the turbo flat out
if your going siemens 55s i have some for sale in the parts section these work fine with a t38 at 400hp could even go a little more if you wanted.
if you have the money to do it i would go 200 block longstudded for reliability with pocketed pistons
what ever spec you go for get a live map so its set up to your car
with 400hp 2wd i hope you can drive lol

it will keep you on edge every time you drive it
when i did mine to 400hp first time out i went up a grass bank coming off a rounderbout, missed the lamp post and did no damage.
going for 500+ now, replacing the drivers seat for a toilet
