car broke down today called the aa man out he had a bit of a look round pulls off 1 of the injector leeds connected it back off and then the car started he said it could possibly be the crank shaft sensor as he said if you disconnect the circuit it resets itself can this happen

 

definitely, maybe.

hard to tell without knowing what car/engine it is.

No the mk5 rs2k ecu isnt that clever.

 

Im going to guess theres a broken wire and he simply disturbed it back into connection when disconnecting/reconnecting

 

hope it is abroken wire going to change crankshaft sensor anyway and we will see what happens
