This snapped at the backbox a few weeks ago so I brought another scorpian. When it turned up I was quite surprised to see that all the welds had gone (I think there is 1 on the entire system) and the 90 degree bend has been better shaped like the mongoose so they are no longer restrictive. Its also 2.5 inch straight through the backbox as well !.........so scorpian arnt as bad as every one says

Its not the bend on the scorpion thats the prob afaik its inside the backbox where it goes from 2.5inch down to about 1.5 or 2inch, had a pic where someone held a measuring tape up to one but cant find it. stick with the GOOSE or even Magnex!!! end of the day why change cos it sounds better when its performance that matters

I`ve got a 3" bore goose, but from the factory you only get the one type of back box wich is 4" inwardly rolled, and silenced, so i got the tail pipe choped of and got a 4" outwardly rolled pipe put on, and got the best of both worlds
I agree with Rallysport, even if mongoose did make a 4" Goose it would be overkill for a RS Turbo & the majority of Cossies
What mongoose do make are.......
2.5 inch systems with various diameter tailpipes including a 4"
3 inch system with 4inch inwardly rolled only.

These engines produces sometimes up to 250 hp and is a 1.6l, normaly. 2.5 is more than enough. When we're talking 3l, six sylinders, giant turbo and 1000 bhp, then 4" is needed. 4" on a RST is just unpractical.
WRC cars uses 2.5" exhaust. If it's good enough for Petter Solberg, is more than good enough for you.

only to find out reading this that i made a bit of a twatful decision
