Default Escos intercooler

How much power can i run with a orginal escos intercooler? Thinking about making the engine bay standard looking again.

i think so too, but i would be great if it could cope with 400hp

I reckon it'll be able to run 400bhp, but its always better to have bigger IC at that point to have lowest possible inlet temperatures.

Make a seperate chargecooling system instead of the engine coolant. Use a small electric pump and radiator. This will cope with 400bhp.

Assuming regular 25°C ambients in the summer, then Stage III is the limit without separating the charge-cooling arrangement from the cooling system to a stand alone set up. 400bhp is then the limit if separated, but you will still see the map retarding the ignition in really hot weather (above 25°C).

If the car hasn't got aircon, then an RS500 style intercooler would be best.
