Skinny rear drag wheels

Noticed a lot of the Honda boys are running super skinny rear drag wheels does anybody know if these are avaible in ford fit from anywhere uk based?

And is there a massive differance in running these

ive got 2 focus space savers just never got round to usin them , interested in them ?

I have some space savers but the tyres are only rated to 50mph I don't fancy them blowing out at 100 on the strip lol
