hi guys

ive just recently bought the above car, for a 2009 its done 71k miles so im rebuilding the engine so i know it runs tip top.

i want to do a few mods to the car as its just not punchy enough for a 1.8 but im really not sure what to do, ive had a few people say change the throttle body to the ST 2.5 ltr one would this work?

what things could i do to the engine to get more out of it, obviosuly without chucking thousands at it and also how do i go about doing a rear disc conversions.
