is the guy not just being realistic that it's a 26 year old sierra not in concours condition and absolutely the wrong end of the summer to be selling what will undoubtedly be a garage ornament for the next few months and just seeing if he can shift it for sensible money?

 

if its an actual person and not a fuking mongaloid with a scam and fake car pics, car is "realisticaly priced"

old skool car with old skool spec, easy built for this price at the minute

but if its genuine mileage its a fucking steel and you should feel guilty when handing over the cash!

im not a 3dr fan but this, propper 500bhp spec T4 YB will give you a shock, doesnt matter what you drive!

It's not a 500 - a 3dr that doesnt look like a low miler as interior is a right mess and front bumper isn't 500 - is that a lot for a 3dr in that condition

ad says cosworth not rs 500 just says rs 500 spec and if the front bumper is a copy it is a good one defo not a genuine cosworth front bumper only the rs 500 has the dip under the grill and the vertical slats are 6 inch longer the the 3 door bumper

Is it a T4 on it ? i thought it looked like a t34 in the pics i could be wrong i think it looks like a bag of nails i bet when you went to see it you would find it hard to part with the money asked , also if it was a bargan it would have been away within a few hours they always are if too good to be true

Looks like a T4 to me.

 

Its got a RS500 inlet manifold though by the looks of it - Thats Ł1000-1500 there alone

 

Not a genuine 500, although, if he's trying to say its a 500 then I woudln't really trust it.

 

well the plaque looks like number 379??

all 500's from 300 - 396 were black ones.

 

Look at the lip in the middle of the bumper, would say the bumper on Pauls at the bottom is to genuine

the plate is nicely lined up....

 

It looks like a 3 door bumper with the slot under grill cut in to me, the slots under number plate look to narrow, they should be closer to the fogs. Also as the number plate can't be moved over without hitting the towing eye and it's had two colour changes I would be suspicious about the shell being original. Also looking at the pics it's very rough including badly cracked dash and fag burns in seats, not a bargain in my opinion, cars a breaker really.
