Did anybody see the pigeon get obliterated when it landed on track today, feathers everywhere, didn't see which car actually hit it.

 

Dident see what hit it but I was on track at the time, came down the strait and feathers everywhere and the mangled remains of said pigion on tha track, certainly surprised me

 

I think the draft from the cars passing over the duration of the session moved it closer to the edge of the track

 

And removed its skin

 

 

i wondered where all the feathers came from, there you go, pigeon bought it

 

I did see a hare running round like it was on fire though.

 

It was a series 1 that I can only assume was cossie powered as it was going like fuck had carbon bits on back. Arches where the normally get stone chips who's was it anyone know?

 

my mate tommys s1 we were doin bout 120 and it hit the screen and then in to the a post , made a bit of a mess , he got it on film aswell

car is a jamsport 1.9 cvh 300bhp

Didnt see the incident yesterday, but Ive hit a pigeon before doing about 70mph in a granada cosworth and it just exploded the poor guy in the van behind had to brake quite hard as he couldnt see for all the feathers everywhere, and the only evidence of the impact on the car was one stray feather on the head light wiper arm, which i was happily surprised about.

 

Yeah it was me . No damage just mess everywhere!. 2 off the little buggers playing chicken!
Didn't have time to think about it really, just got back on the gas!! Lol.
