New Car Advice
I'm looking at getting rid of my saab 9-5. As much as i love it i hate how difficult it is to maintain. I'm looking for something sub £1k, petrol, manual thats reasonably easy to maintain and are fun to drive. After a quick look on autotrader the main candidates seem to be saxo vtr/vts and ford pumas.
Does anyone have any advice on what they're like to own or anything else i can get for similar money? Cheers

Needed anti-roll bar bushes for it's mot. Some tool at saab decided the best place to mount them was on top of the front subframe. Impossible access so meant dropping the subframe just to undo four bolts
. Theres plenty of stuff on the car thats been well thought out to make it easy to do and then plenty where they've obviously just thought fuck it. This years mot has been a complete nightmare from start to finish and it's not even passed yet. I've completely lost the love for the car so i feel it's time for a change.
