hi guys any info or diagrams on the small turbo heater blower? got the voltage changing at the 4 pin plug ontop of the blower, not sure wear to go form there, gonna pull it out tomorrow see if i can work it out?

there is a 4 pin plug and a seperate black and red wire next to the plug? wondering does this go to the motor?
