Hi guys just got this code up on my 170 but I've looked at cable an it still attatched an moves freely on startup. Can I still get a fault driving?

 

Took imrc apart to check spring an noticed cog in which hold tension on spring seemed to be pointin down nowhere near the spring. Not sure if was workin correctly but next job is replacing transistor. Then to find this crappy rattle under car
