Whats the best remedy's for one of these? had mine for about 2 days after waking up with it, all i've done so far is to keep it warm and stop wiggling my head round so much

any1 else got some magical remedy for me to try?

Massag it lightly with something like deep heat to try and relax the muscles....

Take some pain killers....

Have a back and neck massage....

And keep it warm with a warm pack.....

Also, try to actually move your neck, little by little....

The best remedy for this that I have found is to not hunch my back and neck up as much whilst wanking

 

make up with the missuis then youll not have to sleep on the sofa

 

get drunk, and stick some death metal on and give it some of this

take your viagra with water next time - that way it won't get stuck in your throat.....

Did mine so well I couldn't even roll over on the bed Good thing was the doctor put me on tamazapan which meant I was high as a kite for 2 weeks
