i go to a chiropractor when i get a trapped nerve in my back (normally due to an out of line pelvis). he sorts it straight out with a quick wrestle on the bed - that sounds a bit don't it?

anyway, is well worth going, specially when you're privately insured and it don't cost anything

you more or less end up with the same result, but osteopaths fart about massaging you and shit which takes ages. chiro's just snap you back into position which scares the shit out of you when you hear and feel all your bones cracking.
