Why wont my PC let me log onto my desktop PC.
Used to be fine however just formatted it.
No firewall on it just yet so not that. Cannot find settings any where.
Both are running XP Pro.

becasue the usernames and passwords on both machines don't match 
rename the username on the account on the machine you just formatted to the same as the one on the other PC (ie what it was BEFORE) and make sure passwords are the same
