Default How much boost?

My cossie got a original T03 Garret turbo, and i'm driving it with these spec's:

Engine Tuning:

- cilinderhead complete overhauld
- Garret T03 turbo complete overhauld
- Gearbox with QuickShift complete overhauld
- K&N panel filter, with a edited filterbox for more cold air.
- Complete Magnex 2.5" RVS and 4" Rolled-out
- Ap Racing "sport" clutch 241mm
- Nomad Racing "piston-dumpvalve"
- Bailey Motorsport Headertank
- Forge breather kit
- Ford Motorsport spark plugs
- Ford Motorsport ignitionkabel
- Collins Stage II+ chip (max +-350php/1,8 bar)
- Garret -31 actuator
- 3 Bar Map-sensor
- 4x 803 Green Bosch Injectors
- Forge Bleedvalve (max. 1.8 Bar)
- Blue Escort RS Cosworth valve cover
- Bosch fuel pump (High Pressure 220L.)
- Group-A cilindergasket (max. 2,0 Bar)
- APR head-bolts

On the road i usually drive with 1,4 Bar Continious, and 1,5 Bar Peak

I was wondering how much boost is "safe" to drive with???????

Please let me know!

Hey Bjorn,

Safe is 0,9 bar standard.

Just leave it as it is now, these's already lots of blue smoke

99% it's the turbo that's making blue smoke, sow now i want a T03 Hibrid Stage II (360 Trust Bearing, and larger compressor wheel, and -31 Actuator)

Btw. Safe (0,9) is not as exciting as 1,6 Bar, and I prefer to drive AHEAD of the Impreza's instaid of BEHIND
