was stripping down my 1900 cvh bottom end and found one of the bolts holding the oil pick up pipe was rounded slightly (the allen key headed bolts) and after trying several things its alot worse. anyone know how im best removing the bolt?

You can *just* get a set of mole grips round them. Should be enough tbh as they are pretty hard to do up overly tight

 

If that doesn't work, Get a dremel/hack saw and cut a slot for a big flat headed screwdriver. Just give it a few taps before you undo it, this normally loosens the threads up a bit.
