Default 3 door springs

Ive got koni shocks fitted to my 3 door with the standard ford springs, what springs are a good upgrade??? I do NOT want to lower the car??

Ahmed Bayjoo springs (they are standard ride height) without question.

I know you don't... I'm referring to what Martin said as the only AB springs available when I bought mine was the track ones that lowered the car.

Ah ok mate . problem i have with going lower ive got 8j et30 on the rear and if i plant my foot it catches the rear arches already,so i just want to fit new springs,diff mount and rear anti roll bar bushes

Perhaps the 'track spec' are lower, but the 'road spec' ones are designed as standard ride height (Maybe 10mm drop at the most)

The uprated springs should help with your 'squating' problem.
