as above what reg did the face lift come in at i thought it was later than k i didnt think it changed untill L but ive just been offered one on the k?

Yes. Late K early L plates were slightly facelifted.

im well aware of when they started producing the rs2000 again i was just convinced the facelift(no potential grill ) came later than a k

Yeah, there are some K-Reg Facelifts about, majority of the are L-Reg, fair few M-Reg and also a couple of N-Reg knocking around. They're just ones that have been registered late as the MK6's came out on M-Reg, but I've seen a few.
