i need a perfect flow tubular manifold, where to get?

and i don´t know what turbo going for?! Garrett Gt or Borg Warner EFR8374?!?!

Which Spec of Turbocharger? 0.82 0.95 1.05? internally gated? external?

need some advice...SPECIALISTS please help
