Been scouting ebay and i need a new dizzy will this do the job!?

Also i think i need the first motion shaft seal for my gearbox if i scan the diagram i got from ford in would anyone be able to identify it?

Dizzy looks good, providing the multiplug on the amp is the same... Cheap too!
Scan the gearbox pic in, im sure theres one of us on here that can have a look!

That dizzy will not work on your rst!!!!

Your local motor factors should be able to source you an exchange unit mate

because it's not an erst dissy
it is a cvh dissy but for certain nasp models
the erst used a different dissy and ecu mk1 and mk2
as said try your local motor factors for an exchange unit
